NGO's Access to the UN has Been Limited The UN Security Division has apparently, in the past two days, determined that NGOs may not have access after 6pm. The CSW negotiations have been scheduled for the two rooms that have delegate access only from the second floor delegates lounge. This undermines our ability to work in partnership with NGOs.
