SPC marks Human Rights Day with national awards in six Pacific countries

To mark International Human Rights Day today, 10 December 2014, the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) has partnered with government ministries in the Federated States of Micronesia, Kiribati, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga and Tuvalu, to present individuals and organisations with Human Rights Awards. Registration deadline is 12 December 2014 (midnight EST). This year, everyone must register to attend the NGO CSW Forum. Parallel Events will be held from 9-20 March 2015.
